Flexible Benefits Config Analyst- Associate Consultant

Mandatory Skills

• Ideally bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in an analytical area 
• Experience of configuring and testing an online technology system(s)
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Understand basic programming languages (e.g., HTML, XML, CSS etc)
• Understand basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys)
• Familiarity with Atlassian services such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of market, product and technological updates within the flexible benefits/reward arena.
• Project management skills.
• Work autonomously with minimal need for guidance 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
• Good experience at using/testing different online technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
• Good experience at problem-solving.
• Well organised and able to deliver to agreed timescales and expected quality standards.
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to different working practices within the emxsolutions team.
• Excellent IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and preferably Access and Project.
