Business Planning and Analysis Associate

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive forecasting models encompassing driver level forecasts of revenues and expenses which is in line with the strategic direction set by the company
• Lead the forecasting exercise and its quarterly refreshes in coordination with the key stakeholders within the business
• Coordinate and play a leading role in translating all financial outcomes of the annual strategy exercise
• Conduct monthly performance reviews of each function within the company including preparation of the financial details associated with each business unit including financial forecasts versus actuals
• Coordinate with business unit leads to ensure relevant business updates are brought to the monthly review
• Develop and monitor key financial KPIs and ensuring real time financial performance monitoring is put in place
• Develop and implement mechanisms for financial approvals such as business cases and ensuring mechanisms are put in place to monitor outcomes post approvals
• Deep coordination with accounting teams to ensure correct closure of financial accounts as well as support in audit exercises
• Assist development of metrics to track to measure progress against company goals.
• Develop dashboards for tracking metrics and make them accessible to key stakeholders.
