I.  Job Summary

The Manager of Learning will lead a team of creative learning consultants instructional n designing and delivering innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences. This role oversees the design and development of high-impact learning solutions that drive business performance, support employee growth, and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion and proven track record for designing innovative learning solutions, a strong ability to lead teams, and lead end to end consultative services for our national accounts clients f

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of learning consultants fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for learning consultants that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee learning experiences.
  • Oversee the design and development of blended learning experiences, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, and performance support tools.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learning partners, to recommend the appropriate learning solution.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and learner feedback to refine learning solutions.
  • Guide the use of interactive elements such as scenario-based learning, simulations, gamification, and adaptive learning technologies.
  • Develop standards and templates to maintain consistency and quality in learning materials along with standard operating procedures.
  • Establish project timelines, deliverables, and milestones while optimizing team workload and resources.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge learning solutions such as AI-driven learning, VR/AR, and adaptive learning pathways.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of project intake, project management, and measurement of learning solutions 
  • Coach and develop consultants on proper client engagement and consulting practices

 IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US. 

 A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience 

Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirement)

The expected pay range for this hybrid position across the U.S is $113,000- $145,000K. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
