The IT Support Team is looking for an IT Support Engineer
Internal Code: A25124
What will you do?
- Handle day-to-day IT operations, including maintaining systems, reviewing logs, managing service requests, and conducting compliance monitoring
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining user satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct training for staff on new systems and technologies.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Experience with .NET / C#, Java, Azure Cloud Services, ArcGIS, SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in system maintenance, log reviews, service request handling, and compliance checks
