We’re a growing, dynamic team the North Hills and we’re looking for a dedicated Inventory Parts Manager to help us drive success and keep our operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do:

As our Inventory Parts Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things parts-related. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, streamline parts organization, and lead a team that keeps our shop efficient and well-stocked.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing inventory levels and parts locations
  • Overseeing the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing
  • Coordinating with technicians and counter staff to fulfill parts orders
  • Leading inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Creating and improving SOPs for inventory and receiving
  • Supporting and mentoring team members
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who’s not just experienced—but passionate about process improvement and team leadership.  

  • Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems
  • CDK experience is a must
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and support a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
