KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate, reliable, and fast data management at MAS KREEDA.
• Align reporting with MAS, Nike, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams, customers, and MAS Group divisions.
• Manage environmental performance data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and reports.
• Analyse data promptly.
• Solve problems and take corrective or preventive actions.
• Manage waste for the SBU in line with MAS and Nike’s sustainable waste strategies.
• Establish waste management systems following Nike’s Waste Minimum Program.
• Include waste segregation, storage, measurement, data recording, analysis, and target setting.
• Manage waste collectors and end disposers.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and implement projects.
• Explore solutions for waste value enhancement and circularity.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Support Nike’s goal of zero waste and align with MAS Sustainability strategy.
• Implement strategies and innovative methods to manage water, wastewater, and air emissions in the SBU by monitoring quality and quantity, analyzing performance, researching new technologies, and applying best practices. Execute improvement projects, track their effectiveness, and ensure targets are met while driving continuous performance and process improvements.
• Lead the SBU’s Environmental Management System in alignment with Nike, ISO 14001 standards, and MAS KREEDA ESH policies to reduce environmental risks and ensure legal and customer compliance. Implement and monitor ISO 14001:2015, ISO 14064, and divisional ESH requirements, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and oversee annual HIGG FEM evaluations. Ensure alignment with MAS sustainability assessment tools and facilitate periodic internal sustainability assessments and reviews.
• Drive environmental initiatives within and outside the SBU to foster a culture of sustainability among stakeholders by managing the ESH committee, promoting non-conformity reporting, raising awareness through training and events, implementing innovative projects, engaging the community, liaising with regulatory authorities, and collaborating with divisional and corporate teams to ensure continuous improvement and active engagement.
• Ensure adherence to MOS, SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety, and 5S practices in all daily activities while supporting relevant projects.
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s environment, safety, and health standards while actively promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness both inside and outside the organization.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Engineering, Science or other relevant Qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity (Prior experience in project management would be desirable).
• Presentation skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
