Production Operator - Packaging - PM Shift

Your Impact
Join our manufacturing team to set up, operate and maintain production machinery that delivers high-quality beverage products. You’ll run equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot faults, and support the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with our night shift team, working 6pm-6am. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain production machinery to ensure consistent, on-spec output and minimise downtime
• Perform quality checks, follow processes, and act quickly to prevent product loss or deviations
• Troubleshoot faults and escalate issues to protect line capacity and delivery targets
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and always use the correct PPE to protect yourself and others
• Support team activities such as material picking, basic stocktakes and any ad-hoc production needs

About You
You’re practical, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You work well with limited supervision, keep a steady focus on quality, and enjoy hands-on technical work.

You’Ll Also Bring:

• Proven experience in machine operation or manufacturing (FMCG/industrial experience valued)
• A strong commitment to safety and following established processes
• The ability to troubleshoot, prioritise tasks and stay focused on repetitive work without sacrificing accuracy
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
