Job Title: Dietary Hospital Certified/Non-Certified Supervisor  ROTATING dAYS   FULL-TIME  SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietary Supervisor to oversee the dietary operations within our hospital. This role is essential in ensuring that all dietary services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness through nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily dietary operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and health regulations.

- Manage and train dietary staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient meal plans that meet individual dietary needs.

- Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of dietary services to identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of dietary services, including inventory management and staff schedules.

- Address and resolve any dietary-related issues or concerns from patients and staff.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:  

- Certification in dietary management or related field preferred; non-certified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and food safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficient in using dietary management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
