Description

  

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator at our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm.  This position will provide support to the HR team in the areas of project management, employee relations, document management and HRIS support. They will serve as the first line of contact for employees and assist with all administrative tasks as needed. 

This position offers work from home availability 2 days per week after initial training period.


In this position you will: 

  • Create management reporting materials for Human Resources and other executives as needed.
  • Expand upon HR dashboard with enhanced metrics.
  • Support onboarding and new hire orientations.
  • Answer basic employee questions regarding HR matters.
  • Support the recruiting process with interview scheduling and management of “VIP” days. 
  • Lead the effort to standardize all job descriptions and create a database.
  • Support compensation reporting and communication. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team on all strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare training materials and collaborate with communication’s team on employee outreach. 
  • Provide back-up support to the CEO and CFO if needed. 
  • Complete other duties as assigned including CHRO calendar management.

Requirements

  

The successful candidate will have:

  • Five plus years of administrative experience with a focus on Human Resources. 
  • Excellent project management skills. 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). 
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks in a demanding environment where time management, attention to detail, follow-through and meeting deadlines are critical
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communications skills and business maturity while working proactively in a client-focused entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable dealing with high-level decision makers
  • High standards of quality, professionalism and ethics
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Commitment to quality in every facet of the position
