What You’ll Do: 

• Sort and separate recyclable materials on conveyor belts 
• Load and unload trucks  
• Operate equipment like power washers 
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe 
• Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas 
• Track inventory and label incoming/outgoing shipments 
• Stack bales, crates, and pallets in designated zones 
• Assist with special projects and documentation 
• Follow all safety and health guidelines 
• Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operations 

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail 
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs safely 
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong time management
