We Are Looking For:

A highly motivated and experienced Plumber to join our team in the successful completion and installation of large-scale commercial plumbing projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned plumber with a proven track record in overseeing complex plumbing systems, preferably for new construction of apartment complexes.

Responsibilities:

• Work along side a crew of plumbers and apprentices on assigned projects.

• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope, budget, and timeline.

• Handle the installation of complex plumbing systems, including water supply, sanitary waste

• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing problems, implementing effective solutions to maintain project deadlines and quality standards.

• Maintain a strong work ethic, leading by example and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

PAY: $25-$35+ /hr depending on experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Plumber - experience in brand new installs

• Extensive experience in new construction of apartment complexes is a strong plus.

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Valid driver's license.
