Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care. This role requires a commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule is 2 days a week and every other weekend 7a-7p.  Excellent benefit package!!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Help patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed by nursing staff

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely

- Assist with feeding and hydration of patients as needed

- Support nursing staff with various tasks to ensure efficient patient care

- Punctuality is required and enforced

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Empathy and compassion for patients

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Basic computer skills for electronic health record management

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
