Job Purpose:

An experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solutions Architect is needed to lead the design, evaluation, and support of complex information systems. This role is central to maintaining system integrity, solving technical challenges, and guiding enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic technical advisor, working across departments to align IT solutions with long-term business objectives. This is a senior-level position that demands deep expertise, proactive leadership, and strong collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve high-level technical issues in enterprise applications, systems, middleware, and networks.
Provide subject matter expertise for addressing system vulnerabilities and partner with external vendors to resolve critical issues.
Serve as a technical escalation point, offering expert guidance to project managers and business stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced business performance.
Design future-ready architecture solutions, incorporating new technologies and recommending interim solutions when necessary.
Conduct in-depth technical analyses to support project execution and ensure architectural alignment across all IT initiatives.
Participate in the development of source selection strategies, collaborating with service providers to align their solutions with the enterprise’s long-term goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a total of 10+ years of hands-on technical expertise in architecture roles.
Proficient in applying the ITIL framework, particularly in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSE, CCNP) are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture.
Industry-recognized certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
