The JOB:

 At Noble House Hotels & Resorts, we pride ourselves on creating memorable guest experiences while driving exceptional business results. We are seeking an Area Director of Revenue Strategy to provide strategic oversight and leadership for our revenue management team across multiple properties. This is a key leadership role that blends data-driven decision-making with hands-on team development to optimize revenue and market share. 


 The Area Director of Revenue Strategy will lead the implementation of revenue strategies across multiple hotels, ensuring the optimization of Total RevPAR through effective pricing, inventory management, and market mix strategies. This role will work closely with property leadership teams, sales, and marketing to align initiatives and drive financial performance. 


Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develop, implement, and monitor revenue strategies for multiple properties.
     
  • Update and manage selling strategies and product information across all distribution channels.
     
  • Optimize pricing and inventory for rooms, food and beverage outlets, marinas, banquets, and club memberships.
     
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure market competitiveness in price and product offerings.
     
  • Collaborate with Directors of Sales to align reservation sales strategies.
     
  • Lead daily and weekly sales and revenue strategy meetings.
     
  • Participate in annual budgeting, sales, and marketing planning.
     
  • Generate and present revenue management reports, analyzing trends and results.
     
  • Train, mentor, and lead revenue management team members to support professional growth.
     
  • Maintain and analyze historical data for all distribution channels and market segments.
     
  • Ensure compliance with Noble House standards and maintain professional integrity in all interactions.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
     
  • Minimum 4 years of revenue management experience, preferably in a multi-property leadership role.
     
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and strategic thinking skills.
     
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, and advanced Excel.
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
     
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing, budgeting, and hospitality law.
