The Role
As a Graduate at CBH, you will be on a two year rotational placement. During these two years, you will spend time in different departments and divisions, building your awareness and knowledge of how our business operates. Depending on your qualifications, you could be working in:
- Asset Management
- Engineering Design
- Information Technology
- Logistics
- Marketing & Trade
- Network Planning
- Project Engineering & Management
This position will commence in February 2026 and will be based in our Perth office, requiring occasional travel within Western Australia. If we need you to live and work in a remote location to gain experience with our front-line teams, we will provide suitable accommodation.
Responsibilities include:
Participating, asking questions and learning! As a Graduate, your primary goal is to take advantage of every opportunity to build your knowledge. Your daily tasks will differ – from information gathering and data interpretation to supporting business cases for investment and project managing appropriate scopes of work. You’ll be guided and supported by experienced CBH staff as you move through the business.
About You:
- Graduating at the end of 2025 in Agribusiness, Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar degree.
- Valid ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
- Strong desire to learn
- Strong commitment to safety
