The Morgan Stanley Direct, Workplace, and Tax Operations (DWTO) organization supports millions of Morgan Stanley institutional and Wealth Management clients. Functions within DWTO include Tax Operations, Morgan Stanley at Work (Stock Plan), and Digital Direct (DD) Operations teams (CTB, Middle Office & Correspondence).
The Morgan Stanley at Work Associate will be part of a team that provides support to various operation processes across the business, and is expected to interface with Operations owners in North America, Risk and Control partners, Business partners, and Technology partners. Qualified applicants will be responsible for brokerage support operational functions, while also focusing on professional growth and identifying process improvement opportunities to help the overall team thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Morgan Stanley at Work (MSAW) Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Morgan Stanley at Work business. Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc. Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams. Required Skills:
