Who you are

You are a visionary, strategic, and creative senior-level IT professional that leads and manages the delivery of AI solutions and services to clients. You are a problem solver and decision maker skilled at driving innovation and providing insights and recommendations to improve our clients’ technology objectives.

 

 

You know how to:

  • Work cross-functionally to build scalable and secure systems based on analysis and implementation of large data sets, models, and algorithms. 
  • Work with AI engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and define the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for the client’s AI/ML/GenAI technical vision. 
  • Design, test, and deploy the architecture and technical specifications for AI solutions, including data pipelines, machine learning models, APIs, and user interfaces using agile methodologies and best practices. 
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions. 
  • Research and implement new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the quality and efficiency of AI solutions. 
  • Document and communicate the AI solutions to various audiences, including technical, business, and end users. 
  • Understand and contribute to MLOps and LLMOps, focusing on operational capabilities and infrastructure to deploy and manage machine learning models and large language models. 
  • Collaborate with engineers and Business teams to pilot use cases and discuss architectural design.  
  • Contribute to standardizing CI/CD pipelines, user and service roles, and container creation, model consumption, testing, and deployment methodology based on business and security requirements. 
  • Work closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks, ensuring ethical AI implementation and compliance with upcoming regulations 
  • Address potential issues such as training data poisoning, AI model theft, and adversarial samples Product Strategy and Business Understanding  
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, lead proposal development, and contribute to pricing strategies. 

 

Desirable Certifications:  

Certifications in AI/ML technologies and Cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Solutions Architect  

  

 

Pay and Benefits:  

 

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.   

 

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
