Job Description

Pioneer program run by R&D COO Office is a strategic initiative to accelerate customers’ transition to the latest IFS Cloud Release, offering advanced AI and Sustainability capabilities and efficient go-live experiences. In return, participants contribute testimonials, showcasing the transformative power of IFS Cloud, AI and Sustainability.

Pioneer program is designed to provide an accelerated go-live experience for customers with early access to releases, expert support, high visibility, and the ability to influence R&D’s roadmap. It also helps IFS functions to ramp-up knowledge on new releases, secure early referenceable customers, and contribute to defining processes, all through close collaboration with R&D.

This role will be instrumental in driving initiatives across the Pioneer Program which is designed to onboard early adopter customers with new IFS Cloud releases. The successful candidate will work closely with customer advocates from various product areas to support and scale the Pioneer Program, ensuring alignment with engineering priorities and customer needs. This is a high-impact role that requires strong stakeholder engagement, program execution, and a passion for customer success.

This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work with a diverse team globally.  

Qualifications

Essential: 

• 3-5 years of leadership or managerial experience in support operations or consulting services.

• Sound knowledge and experience in working with enterprise software solutions.

• Deep knowlledge in IFS Products is an advantage. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  

• Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize effectively and garner stakeholder support.  

• Ability to stay focused, goal-driven and provide leadership in ambiguous situations.
