Sounds great, what will I be doing? š¤
As our Senior Director, Revenue Operations youāll be a strategic leader, responsible for overseeing revenue processes and tools that ensure a seamless customer journey and support our revenue targets. This high-impact role will work closely with revenue leadership as well as cross-functional partners across the business to drive operational excellence.

What do I need to bring with me? š§³
Youāll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youāre willing to learn. Hereās what the team will be looking for:
š Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading revenue operations or business operations teams, with the ability to develop a clear team roadmap that translates commercial objectives into scalable operational initiatives.šĀ Salesforce & Tech Stack Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce and other tools like Clari, Salesloft, and Highspot. Youāll act as a strategic partner to our Salesforce team, driving enhancements to support evolving sales needs. šĀ Operational Excellence: Experience creating and managing BAU processes, resolving sales disputes, managing rules of engagement, and overseeing operational requests with a service mindset. šĀ Data Fluency: Strong ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions, influence stakeholders, and measure performance improvements. šĀ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable operating across marketing, product, analytics, L&D, and sales, youāll align and communicate initiatives to support the broader client experience. šĀ Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of how operations drive business outcomes. You prioritize high-impact work and make effective trade-offs to support revenue success.
