We are seeking a results-driven Sales Strategy Consultant to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies tailored to client needs, helping them achieve their revenue and market growth goals. This role requires analytical thinking, strategic planning, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to inform sales strategies.

  • Develop tailored sales plans to drive client growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and operations.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Present strategy proposals and performance reports to clients and senior management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, or consulting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
