We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with timely, accurate, and helpful information. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Resolve complaints and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

  • Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
