We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership programs aimed at developing emerging and experienced leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals, and you will contribute to cultivating a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of leadership development programs and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify leadership gaps and recommend development strategies.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training activities as needed.
Collect and analyze feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Conduct research on leadership trends and best practices to inform program design.
Support the creation of learning materials, resources, and evaluation tools.
Track and report on the progress and outcomes of development initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development (internships and relevant academic projects will be considered).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus
