About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

  • Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database.

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
