About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, verify information, or provide updates.

  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers.

  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
