We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting leadership initiatives, implementing training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop future leaders within the organization. Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing leadership development programs.

• Support talent management initiatives and succession planning strategies.

• Conduct research to identify best practices in leadership and organizational development.

• Collaborate with managers to assess team performance and training needs.

• Track program outcomes and prepare progress reports for leadership.

• Facilitate workshops and team-building activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and program materials.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or human resources (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
