We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting leadership initiatives, implementing training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop future leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, organizational success, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing leadership development programs.
Support talent management initiatives and succession planning strategies.
Conduct research to identify best practices in leadership and organizational development.
Collaborate with managers to assess team performance and training needs.
Track program outcomes and prepare progress reports for leadership.
Facilitate workshops and team-building activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and program materials.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or human resources (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
