We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with the coordination of logistics, vendor communications, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask under tight deadlines, and a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage event materials, schedules, and timelines.
Support on-site event setup, registration, and guest relations.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, processing invoices, and tracking budgets.
Prepare post-event reports and assist with feedback collection.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools is a plus.
