Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and loyalty.

  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on all communications.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs efficiently.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and service updates.

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in client service, account management, or customer support.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
