We are seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.

• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to meet client expectations.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales.
