Job Description
As Early Careers Associate recruiter, you will be reporting to the Early Careers Recruitment Manager in the successful planning and execution of attraction, selection and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute initiatives to attract top talent
- Manage candidate pipelines
- Coach candidates through the selection process
- Host/attend promotional events
- Manage internal stakeholders
- Provide coaching and support to team members
- Ensure SLAs are being adhered to
- Produce reports
- Support the Early Careers Recruitment Manager on delivering projects such as talent attraction campaigns, reviews of the selection process and ATS (Smart Recruiter) to maximise effectiveness and efficiencies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
- Early talent acquisition experience (minimum one season/cycle)
- Target orientated with an ability to plan and multitask
- Calm under pressure, and operates effectively in a growing and changing environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Forward thinking, proactive and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
