Job Description
The Role
As a member of the APAC Enablement Leadership team, this role reports to the Head of APAC Enablement. The Senior Enablement Manager Strategy, Planning & Content is responsible for leading a team of enablement and content professionals, including people leaders, to develop and implement APAC enablement strategies, content, and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets. This role is the owner of the APAC Strategic Capabilities Roadmap and leads the team who is the main interface with GTM and other Product related teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement APAC-tailored enablement strategies that align with APAC wide objectives while addressing unique regional needs
- Lead the creation and execution of multiyear strategic workforce development strategies
- Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance, professional growth, and effective regional execution • Adapt local materials for APAC audiences, ensuring cultural relevance through appropriate language, references, and business contexts
- Build strong relationships with APAC business leaders including Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Head Of across all markets within SEEK to understand regional priorities, secure buy-in for initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business impact
- Establish and track regional KPIs while strategically allocating resources to maximize value creation and maintain capacity 30 May 2025
- Partner with the wider Sales & Success Leadership Group (Including Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Head Of across all markets within SEEK) to maintain consistency while advocating for APAC-specific requirements and sharing regional best practices
- Pilot and implement new enablement approaches that address unique APAC market challenges and learning preferences
- Ensure all enablement initiatives deliver measurable outcomes that support business growth objectives across diverse APAC market
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi market Strategic Workforce Development Strategies
- Excellence in Stakeholder Engagement & Management (C-suite, Executives and Senior Leaders)
- Experience developing and executing enablement strategies across multiple countries • Demonstrated change and transformation experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Excellent project management and resource planning skills
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align enablement with business objectives
- Demonstrated success in measuring and demonstrating impact of enablement initiatives
