The Workplace Experience Lead will play a key role in bringing the NCS culture to life within our physical spaces, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. This role is responsible for managing workplace-related services across the NCS Hub/offices regionally, ensuring that the NCS experience is embedded in the workplace through innovative initiatives that reflect the company’s brand and culture. Being a part of the People & Culture team, the incumbent will develop and implement workplace strategies that align with the company’s objectives while overseeing office operations, events, food and beverage services, workplace-related projects, communications, and stakeholder relationships.
In addition to ensuring excellent service delivery for our people, the role will focus on continuous process improvements, strong governance, and internal controls. The Workplace Experience Lead will contribute to the transformation of the workplace by optimizing corporate costs associated with people-related events, ensuring that our spaces are not only conducive to collaboration but also cost-effective. By implementing strategic workplace initiatives, this role will help to attract and retain talent, driving productivity and enhancing the employee experience within the NCS Hub. The Lead will also collaborate with business leaders to ensure that the physical workspaces align with NCS’ broader digital transformation and organizational priorities.

Job Description
Workplace Strategy and Planning Implement policies and procedures to ensure the workplace meets NCS standards and optimize space utilization. They will introduce solutions to improve productivity and support global growth. This includes working with external consultants and IT partners to ensure workplace systems are up-to-date and meet business needs. You will also collaborate with various departments like Property, IT, People & Culture, and Marketing to create a cohesive workplace experience across the organization and support regional offices.
Building and Facilities Management
Responsible for strategizing and leading full-cycle projects, such as office renovations, moves, and the return-to-office process. This includes project governance, tracking, reporting, and execution to ensure that all projects are completed within deadlines and meet corporate governance standards. The role will oversee the facilities team in managing site activities, such as maintenance, landlord liaison, supplies procurement, food operations, space planning, and sustainability programs. You will balance the standardization of workplace fit-out, amenities, and functionality across sites while allowing for the uniqueness and character that resonates with each building, local market, and business. Sustainability will be a key focus, and the lead will champion sustainable practices in building design, energy consumption, resource usage, and waste management. The role will also provide oversight of vendor management, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance reviews for workplace services like cleaning and maintenance. The goal is to optimize services, ensuring both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Workplace ExperiencePlay a central role in elevating the holistic workplace experience by infusing a strong hospitality focus across various services. This includes enhancing the people and client arrival experience, overseeing food and beverage offerings, ensuring health and safety standards, and managing space planning. The role will also be responsible for fostering office culture and morale by activating the workplace with engaging events and social spaces that encourage collaboration and interaction among employees. The lead will drive a sense of community within the office environment, creatively activating spaces where people can socialize, relax, and collaborate. Additionally, the role will oversee internal communications for the Workplace Services team, ensuring that complex or difficult concepts are communicated clearly and effectively across various platforms with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm.
Administrative SupportEnsure that all business units are equipped with the necessary office resources and administrative support to meet their growth and operational goals. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient office management and administration processes to optimize service delivery. Additionally, the lead will oversee staffing structures to ensure that there is adequate coverage to meet business needs while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Corporate Cost Management
The Workplace Experience Lead will manage, analyze, and optimize investments and savings related to office services, with a focus on cost control and expense tracking. This includes formulating and reviewing the annual workplace charging formula, working closely with the Finance department and other functions to allocate workplace costs to the relevant business units. The role will also manage spending on internal events, ensuring that all expenses, including off-site team-building activities, are in line with the overall business and company-approved budgets and spending guidelines. To further drive cost-efficiency, the lead will develop and maintain vendor partnerships with a focus on cost-saving initiatives, such as bulk purchasing and establishing preferred vendors for food and beverages, ensuring that the company achieves the best value for its investments in workplace services.

Strong stakeholder management will be essential in this role, as you’ll need to balance the expectations of different leaders across NCS. This will involve managing varying perspectives and aligning diverse priorities to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your ability to influence and engage stakeholders, while maintaining open communication, will be pivotal to the success of your initiatives.
