  Position Summary:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales within our Direct and Indirect channels. As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. 

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Duties & Responsibilities:  

Direct Channel (100%) 

  • Prospect, qualify, demo and close new sales using leads generated from trade shows, from digital marketing or cold calling 
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner 
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions 
  • Use CRM to manage all sales activities  

 Competencies:  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English) 
  • Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently 
  • Creative and innovative 
  • Willingness to participate in projects outside of the core job description 
  • Team player 
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and dependable 
  • A keen interest in learning a new technology, including IoT applications, understanding the principles, and teaching this technology to others
