Your daily role:

• Own and optimize daily production schedules, balancing line capacities, efficiencies, and inventory availability to maximize throughput and meet service goals.
• Make critical scheduling and inventory decisions to align production with customer demand and Nortera’s financial objectives.
• Communicate and collaborate across multiple functions, including Planning, Replenishment, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and resolve material and supply constraints, proactively adjusting production plans and coordinating with Sales and Customer Service on order timelines.
• Represent the plant in supply chain meetings, provide operational insights, and support other plant-level tasks such as coordinating deliveries, resolving inventory discrepancies, and purchasing packaging materials.

Your profile:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working in the Google platform.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and analytical
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or food industry manufacturing preferred.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Hours are 7:30am -4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay Range $55,000 to $70,000 annually
