Job Description

• Assist in ensuring a smooth daily running of the Kids Club 
• To ensure the Kids Club program for kids are well planned. To ensure all necessary tool and equipment’s need for the activities are ready in advance
• Communication with Child Care Supervisor Kids Club Manager, ensuring the distribution of accurate and timely reports
• Have knowledge of resort, childcare, resort services and their hours of operations, updating the same regularly to ensure up-to-date information
• To know perfectly the emergency evacuation procedures
• Will be responsible for all equipment in the department
• To develop and plan special activities for Rainy Day program
• Ensuring that all areas in and around the Kids Club department are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same role or equivalent
• Good English communication skills: additional language i.e. German and Russian is a plus!
• Flexible as the position requires long working hours
• Strong interest and ability to interact with guests especially the young VIPs
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
• Comfortable in water sports activities
