Print Services Specialist
Owings Mills, MD
2 months contract ( Possible temp-perm)
Mon-Fri ,8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Works closely and diligently with other print center team members to accomplish Customer goals. Focus is on quality and in a timely manner.

  • Perform finishing tasks and utilize finishing equipment such as cutters, booklet makers, folders, inserters, laminators and hole punch/coil binding
  • Update print job tickets in customer tool
  • Prep completed jobs for delivery to customer
  • Operate digital production equipment
  • Receive, schedule and prioritize incoming job requests
  • Problem solve incoming jobs and communicate with customer to resolve
  • Perform quality inspection during and after print jobs
  • Receive and action customer escalations
  • Track and coordinate the move, add or change of office equipment assets at customer accounts
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required
  • Collect data and respond to print/copy equipment issues by contacting service personnel using specific PC applications
