Sr. Agency Success Manager

The Sr Agency Success Manager will have deep experience working in insurance, managing accounts remotely, and helping them grow revenue. They will embrace the art of sales and are eager to help this team to achieve revenue goals and our aspiration to be #1 in our producer's shops. Viewed as a leader, creative, and collaborative; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and working in partnership with others to support state & regional revenue/profit targets. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization and impact the company's future growth.  

What you’d be doing: 

• Engaging producer and achieving sales goals. 

• Setting growth goals within assigned accounts. 

• Articulating our niche and easily formulate a sales proposition for producers in a conversational and influencing way. 

• Creating call scripts and engaging producers through phone calls to help drive sales growth. 

• Participating in tradeshows and industry events, including some travel in support of Producers. 

 We’re looking for someone who has: 

• 5+ years of personal lines experience (Sales, Service, Underwriting or Agency)     

• The highest-level proficiency in drawing out opportunities with assigned accounts. 

• Demonstrated skill with influencing producer behavior and driving results. 

• Proven success in establishing and executing new business sales goals. 

• Proven success in Agency Success Manager role executing new business goals, increasing loyalty, and collaborating with others. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• P/C License or Professional Designation (CIC, CPCU, ARM, or other similar designation)
