SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a National Accounts Manager. This exciting new role will help build upon our success within National Accounts by working directly in support and expansion of our largest accounts – a true partner in the process. Works with UW, Policy Services, Agency Management, Carrier Operations, and others to ensure partner’s needs are met in a timely manner. Helps build and maintain strong relationships between SageSure and our national accounts. The ideal person is very responsive, detail-oriented, and a collaborator with strong knowledge of SageSure structure. you! 

What you’d be doing: 

  • Help build and execute a business strategy to grow the number of relationships and expand existing National Accounts  
  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing national accounts   
  • Work with Agency Operations & Corporate Operations to execute a flawless onboarding strategy for National Accounts & their producers  
  • Help build and present business outcomes to partners and internal leadership   
  • Facilitates the resolution of issues that may arise within national accounts  
  • Represent national accounts needs during cross-functional meetings  
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction  
  • Establish strong working relationships with key partnerships   
  • Maintain and deliver partner scorecards   
  • Analyze performance metrics and proactively implement strategies to address any areas of concern  
  • Identify opportunities to expand / improve performance of partnerships  
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with our partnerships across various levels in the organization   
  • Act as primary point of contact for designated key partnerships, addressing their needs and concerns promptly  
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets  
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings  

 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management   
  • Experience working cross-functionally to help resolve issues   
  • Ability to translate data into a story  
  • Ability to identify trends and elevate discussions surrounding performance  
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year  
  • Business / Marketing Degree or related experience  
  • Strong collaboration skills  
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

 

Highly preferred candidates also have: 

  • P&C licensed and/or other profession designations   
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform  
  • Experience working with national or key accounts
