As a Lead Product Manager, you will own strategic, company-defining initiatives that will shape the future of our platform. This role is suited for a highly motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and can move from concept to execution with exceptional clarity. You’ll bring both vision and precision to the product development process, pushing forward critical priorities with minimal supervision and a strong sense of accountability. We’re looking for someone who brings not just experience, but sound judgment, adaptability, and a track record of making high-quality decisions at speed. We’re also at the frontier of applying AI, especially LLMs, to B2B marketing, so we’re looking for technologists, innovators, self-starters, and problem solvers at heart who can navigate uncharted territory with curiosity, clarity, and grit.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of major product initiatives by connecting user problems to product outcomes and business goals, while serving as a key voice on the product leadership team and contributing to the broader product strategy.

  • An experienced contributor, mentor, and cross-team collaborator who can lead complex, cross-team initiatives from inception to customer success, bringing clarity to ambiguity by breaking down problems, driving alignment, and delivering high-impact solutions

  • Partner with design, engineering, and architecture teams to conduct research that informs critical product and business decisions

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its technical landscape, recognizing tradeoffs while confidently challenging engineering and design decisions that affect the user experience or have long-term product impact

  • Gather insights through data, research, and customer discovery/feedback mechanisms to inform prioritization and product direction

  • Defines success criteria for new features, sets measurable goals, and drives adoption of best practices across the team.

  • Validate early assumptions, prototype to explore solutions, ship in small increments, and evolve the product through data and customer insight.

  • Comfortable presenting at any level (customer meetings, webinars, sales calls, and company events).

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B product management, including ownership of several major 0-1 initiatives that solved real-world problems and achieved meaningful adoption

  • A leader who has a bias toward action with an experienced, entrepreneurial mindset. You’re energized by building in fast-moving, high-growth environments

  • A strong technical foundation, able to work comfortably with engineering teams and architects

  • Deep experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in martech, with a clear understanding of GTM dynamics

  • A track record of taking ownership of complex problems and delivering thoughtful, high-impact products

  • Brings a clear, data-informed approach to measuring success.

  • Is a firm believer in leveraging Agile principles, building toward long-term product goals in an iterative manner

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization, from peers to executives
