You Will Contribute By

Fostering client relationships throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact and beyond.
Conducting on-site visits to potential clients' homes.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Staying informed about luxury market trends and competitor offerings.
Gathering and sharing client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

Working closely with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Your Background Includes

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Strong understanding of technology and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
7-10 years of experience in luxury sales, customer success or hospitality required
