Overview

Join our innovative team dedicated to advancing next-generation AR products through cutting-edge wireless charging solutions. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will focus on prototyping and optimizing wireless charging systems, ensuring seamless integration with AR technologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the design, simulation, and validation processes, significantly impacting product performance and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize wireless power charging systems for robust compatibility with AR products.
• Utilize 3D EM tools (e.g., HFSS) and system design tools (e.g., ADS) for comprehensive coil and system architecture design.
• Lead the development process from PCB schematic design to layout simulations and validation, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Conduct lab bring-up, including SMD soldering, and utilize RF lab equipment (e.g., network and spectrum analyzers) for performance testing.
• Perform impedance matching, filter design, and complete system analysis to optimize the performance of wireless power charging solutions.
• Automate test equipment and perform preliminary data analyses using MATLAB and Python to enhance product development cycles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCC, CE) during development and testing phases.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in wireless power charging systems.
• Proficient understanding of wireless charging protocols and standards, with extensive experience in system architecture design.
• Proven hands-on experience with 3D EM tools (e.g., HFSS), system design tools (e.g., ADS), and thermal modeling (e.g., Icepak).
• Skilled in PCB schematic design and layout, supported by strong simulation expertise.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with RF lab equipment for component and system testing.
• Skilled in coding for test automation and data processing using MATLAB or Python.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AR product development and integration of wireless technologies.
• Skills in coding and scripting for different test automation processes beyond initial validation.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art production techniques for high-efficiency wireless power charging solutions.
• Expertise in advanced filter design, including digital filter integration with wireless systems.
