Your role at Exness:

We are seeking a proactive PR Manager to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness, and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media-relations programs. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, have strong attention to detail, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility. The successful candidate will report to the Global Head of PR & Media Strategy.

You will:

Seek high-level placements in global media to influence priority audience
Leverage existing media relationships and build new contacts within business and industry media.
Manage media inquiries and coordinate interview requests, ensuring consistent and timely responses.
Coordinate all public relations activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the internal communications team and external PR agencies across different regions.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including financial market strategists, regional directors, and senior management, using them as thought leaders to amplify brand messaging.
Monitor, analyze, and report on PR results regularly, using spreadsheets and presentation decks to communicate performance.
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to adapt communication approaches accordingly
Evaluate and recommend opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising that enhance brand visibility and alignment with strategic priorities.

What makes you a great fit:

BA/MA degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related discipline
2+ years working experience in public relations required
Experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material in a tactful and diplomatic fashion
Excellent research skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, likeable and able to deliver in a fast-paced working environment
Entrepreneurial and hands-on, ready to take initiative and innovate
Highly organized with ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines
Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of tasks, and communicate clearly with global teams.
