Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (Hours may change with notice. Overtime may be required with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator include:
- Stewarding confidential data, which, if disclosed might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.
- Maintains information thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and accepted recruitment practices.
- Drives the processes required to ensure regular, accurate, and timely turnaround on active applications. Conducts pre-screen calls and other ATS support tasks.
- Collaborates with Recruiter to create social media content that aligns with our industry and Westbrook culture. Assists in growing Westbrooks social media presence.
- Works with Recruiter to coordinate and attend Job Fairs, yearly Technical College P.A.C meetings and presentations.
- Advances the Recruiting department by participating in and contributing to forward-looking, progression-focused initiatives.
- Assists with Recruiting’s data collection efforts through the regular updating and maintaining of the ATS.
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School Diploma, or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience working in an office setting.
- The soft skills to interact with people in person and across multiple platforms internally and externally.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and customer service communication skills
- PC computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-browsing, on-line applications, and calendaring.
- Experience handling phone calls, working in customer service, and/or acting as a messaging service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license
