Scrum Master / Project Manager

SDG is adding a Scrum Master / Project Manager to our team! Working closely with key business and IT stakeholders, they will thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and will successfully lead teams and execute software development products for our customers. An ideal candidate is someone who has worked in both Agile and Waterfall environments and is a true partner to our customers.  SDG is looking for a hard worker with a team-oriented mindset, that has at least 5 years of experience in a software development environment and has experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. A successful Scrum Master / Project Manager at SDG is a lifelong learner who is motivated to continually improve their craft and thrives amongst their fellow employee-owners.

• Proven experience leading teams using Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodologies  
• Exceptional communication with stakeholders at multiple levels and across departments 
• Skilled at serving, managing & collaborating with cross-functional teams  
• Adept at working with globally distributed teams  
• The ability to inspire others and keep teammates focused on outcomes  
• Driven to continuously measure and improve team performance  
• Strong working knowledge of delivery tools (e.g. Atlassian Suite, Rally, VersionOne, VSTS, Pivotal, MS Project) 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Scrum Master / Project Manager experience
• 5+ years of experience leading teams using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience delivering solutions in large scale enterprise environments 
• Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus
• Education degree, certification, or the equivalent related work experience

Fair and equitable compensation is important to us. The salary range for this opportunity is $105,000 - $135,000. The offer may fall outside this range given factors such as skills and experience. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
