The Position

Job Summary:

Responsible for market research and analytics, and provide reporting and actionable insights into competition, markets, customers and distributors to support business planning and decisions.

The opportunity:

• Develop the overall initiatives & plans to achieve objectives for market intelligence initiatives and projects

• Manage external and internal marketing research programs and provide business analytics reports

• Analyze competitions and formulate sales argumentation to help Market Manager in convincing customers

• Multidimensional accurate data analysis to help business decision making

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Publish marketing intelligence updates and marketing flash 

• Assemble business & sales analysis reports

• Manage yearly budgeting exercise

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical Medicine, biological engineering, biotechnology, science, or management

• Presentation skill and Proficiency in Chinese and English

• Analytic skill, business report writing and project management

• Skill of BI software, i.e. Tableau etc. 

• Good command of MS office software application 

• Product & marketing expertise 

• 5-year and above related experience in consulting industry or in marketing function of IVD industry in Asia Pacific markets
