We’re looking for a Home-Based Compliance Department Admin Assistant to join our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. This full-time role supports the Global Sourcing Team in ensuring all products meet company, state, federal, and international compliance standards. You’ll assist in developing and implementing compliance processes covering product safety, ethical sourcing, quality control, and environmental requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Coordinate third-party inspections (DUPRO and final pre-shipment) to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

  • Review inspection results, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

  • Work with suppliers and third-party testing facilities to schedule, track, and follow up on testing protocols.

  • Submit samples for testing and review test reports for compliance accuracy.

  • Maintain organized records of tests, inspections, and audit reports.

  • Stay informed on regulatory, industry, and customer requirements through training and webinars.

  • Research and communicate relevant government regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.

  • Provide updates to internal teams on compliance assessments, testing, and inspection statuses.

  • Assist in improving compliance processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support administrative compliance tasks, including updating databases and document management.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, product safety, or quality assurance.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and proactive in managing time in a fast-paced setting.

    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

    • Interest in product safety standards, quality assurance processes, and compliance protocols.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Basic understanding or interest in DUPRO, final pre-shipment inspections, and general product safety.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).

    • Experience with Smartsheet is required; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

  • Industry: Promotional Products

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
