We’re looking for a Solution Manager, Finance systems to help shape the future of our finance systems as we move from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. In this role, you will be working as part of team of Solution Managers to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support our business. Your Role

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT to define SAP Finance solutions.
  • Support the S/4HANA transformation by aligning system design with business needs.
  • Help define a future-proof finance solution roadmap.
  • Participate in global projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain solution documentation and guide configuration efforts.
  • Assist in major incident handling and problem resolution.
  • Learn, grow, and contribute with a curious and collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions (FI/CO focus).
  • Drive solution design aligned with best practices and enterprise architecture.
  • Guide internal/external teams on configuration and development.
  • Support change management, release cycles, and solution lifecycle.
  • Ensure solution usability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with architects, Business Process Managers (BPM), and partners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify new opportunities and propose improvements.
  • Contribute to finance processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in SAP Finance IT development and delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
  • Understanding of global templates and end-to-end implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
  • Experience with tools like Fiori and third-party finance systems (Basware, Nomentia, Vertex).
  • Knowledge of L2C and SAP SD integration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improving business through SAP.
