The Senior Consultant, Strategic Planning and Execution, plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the SOURCE Generics Program. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans and models, leveraging incentives data, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive program success. The role is instrumental in developing risk-mitigation and cost-saving strategies across margin-impacting business processes, including rebates, formulary management, chargebacks, and pricing.
Furthermore, this role serves as a key point of contact with internal and external audit partners, ensuring program regulatory compliance and accuracy. This individual also contributes to a positive team environment by mentoring others and driving a collaborative culture.
Location - Targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, within commutable distance of our corporate HQ in Dublin, OH (as this team operates in a hybrid work model - in-office Tuesday through Thursday with Monday and Friday being work from home)
Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders (customer-facing and internal) to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Develops and maintains models for the SOURCE Generics Program, optimizing incentives to generate value for both customers and the enterprise.
- Supports the accurate and timely processing of strategic rebate programs for SOURCE Generics customers.
- Conducts thorough audits of SOURCE Generic Rebate calculations to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of payments.
- Enhances business resiliency through the accurate and reliable documentation of critical Alteryx workflows, ensuring continuity of key processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize customer and enterprise value.
- Prepares and delivers clear, concise presentations to senior leadership, effectively communicating strategic recommendations, project progress, and key business insights.
- Proactively identifies and assesses potential risks and roadblocks in ongoing initiatives, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Mentors less experienced team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze financial data and understand the impact of business decisions on the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (5+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A, Audit, or Accounting a plus)
- Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, a must
- Excellent auditing skills (and proven ability to develop audit processes), a major plus
- Strong background in Excel, a must
- Subject-matter expertise in self-service analytics tools (Alteryx, SQL), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi) highly preferred
- Project management and performance improvement experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills; Client service oriented (both internal and external).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi‐task, and prioritize workload in a fast‐paced environment.
- Ability to drive change and lead through influence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Anticipated Pay Range $105,100.00 - 140,500.00 USD
