About the service
Led by Community Connections, in collaboration with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation, these two exciting new services aim to deliver vital community-level support and interventions. Your challenge will be to support these teams with administrative tasks to ensure the services run smoothly and the important work is recorded and presented for recommissioning.
Many people are experiencing mental health issues and urgently need support. That’s where our service and you come in. Join Waythrough as an Administrator and you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals access the support services and opportunities they need to improve their quality of life and ensure that their mental health is improving.
About you
Experience working as an Administrator is essential. You’ll need to be proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication, administration, finance and minute taking skills and experience, along with experience of completing contract management data reports.

As an Administrator your role will include:
You’ll need experience of offering administrative support to a team. An understanding of mental health issues or experience of working within a mental health service would be beneficial for this role. Adept at managing conflicting demands and priorities on time, you enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and, above all, keen to be part of something new and worthwhile that will change lives.
