Managing RFPs for new warehouse setup
Pricing science and driving within technical services
Process excellence in Mako Ops, Demo Equipment Management & PLCM
End to end evaluation of Customer Service Operations
Define & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service Operations
Make BO organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance
Develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals, Lean, Analytics, Advanced Excel & PBI, JDE & Demantra

What you need

MBA with 3 years + of experience in supply chain or operations
Supreme analytical & problem solving skills & customer Centric Mindset
Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus
Program or project management experience is desirable

Travel Percentage: 30%
