Key Responsibilities:Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and systems.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Repair and replace defective parts, motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.Perform inspections to identify potential problems and resolve them proactively.Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred).Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and PLCs is a plus.Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.Basic welding and fabrication skills are a bonus.Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
